Dr Shariff Gyasuddin (1940-2007), was a renowned Consultant Ophthalmologist was active in providing the highest quality of eye care and modern ophthalmic services to the patients and communities he served in India, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom. He was also the Founder & Medical Director of International Eye Care & Research Center and a fully equipped approved ambulatory Mohammadi Healthcare & Sonoscan Center in India. 
A pioneer in his field, Dr. Shariff has helped perform and trained many Ophthalmology postgraduate residents in modern surgical techniques in treatment of Cataract, Corneal Diseases and Keratoplasty, after completion of his comprehensive advanced training at The Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead,  in United Kingdom from 1978-1983.  He was one of the few ophthalmologists to have received an award for performing record number of free Cataract related surgeries conducted under patronage of Lions Club Hyderabad in India.
He conducted numerous educational seminars and surgeries in many countries including Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and India.  He was active member of various Medical and Ophthalmology organizations like All India Ophthalmological Society of India, Indian Medical Association and Saudi Ophthalmological Society.

Dr Sharif Zahooruddin is a Sports Physician by Vocation and holds further qualification in Medical Academics, Clinical Research and Healthcare Management. His vast experience of working in varied disposition’s in healthcare globally in countries like India, United Kingdom, USA and United Arab Emirates. He is a member of Association of Clinical Research Professionals (USA), Faculty Board Member of American College of Sports Medicine (USA), International society of Physician & Rehabilitation Medicine (Switzerland), National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (USA), Society of Clinical Research Associates (USA) and Indian Medical Association (India).
Dr Sharif has been instrumental in developing E learning course and medical content in various Allied Health Programs as faculty at Malcolm X College and Career Education Corp in USA to meet modern day educational needs of Pupil. He has special interest in streamlining Healthcare workflow processes, Data mining and Health Analytics to improve health at Community level by contributing his knowledge and expertise in strategic health planning, implementation of Health policies & regulations and further E-Health governance.

Dr Sabeeha Shariff, MBBS DMRD DFFP(U.K)

Dr Sabeeha is an experienced Specialist Radiologist with extensive clinical experience of working in countries like India, United Kingdom and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She earned her medical degree from Osmania Medical College, India in 1973. She then completed her Diploma in Medical Radio-diagnosis (DMRD, India -1978) and DFFP, special diploma in contraception and Family planning jointly conducted by RCOG (UK) & RCGP (UK).  She continued her professional journey as Radiologist Tutor, teaching at Deccan College of Medical Sciences and Shadaan Institute of Medical Sciences in India and clinically as Radiologist at various hospitals in India & abroad. Throughout her professional career, she held Full registration and licensure as a Medical Practitioner with General Medical Council, UK and Indian Medical Council. She is a life member of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association and Indian Medical Association.

Dr Ishrath Rana

Dr Ishrath Rana has extensive experience in the management of Hospitals and doctors offices in USA, India and UAE. She makes sure that the operations of a hospital are running smoothly by overseeing the financial aspects, and this also involves overseeing hospital staff.
 
She has interest in creating plans related to the goals of the hospital to further the vision and to expand operations as desired. She is instrumental in providing employee training for any gaps, to make immediate corrections and schedule’s staff performance reviews annually. She had previously carried out various human resources duties, such as payroll and hiring in USA. She makes sure that all operations are carried out within the scope of the company’s vision and in compliance with all local and federal/ Government laws in United States of America, India and United Arab Emirates. ​
Imaduddin Adnan Sharif

Imaduddin Sharif is a Private Banker by profession with over 14 years of experience in International Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management focusing on Ultra & High Net worth individuals, their families in the GCC and the wider Middle East. He started his career in London in 2002 and in 2007 moved to Middle East, where he is currently based. 
 
Imad graduated in International Business from Oxford Brookes, UK and also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK. He is also a CISI holder.

Dr Aziza Yasmeen

Dr Aziza Yasmeen is an experience Consultant Ophthalmologist, and believes in treating every possible eye ailment/ condition to enable patients cherish the gift of sight and vision. She completed her Medical Schooling  from Deccan College of Medical Sciences - Hyderabad, the capital of State of Andhra Pradesh, India in 1998.
Further pursued post-graduation, Diplomate in National Board (DNB) - specialist training in Ophthalmology 2002-2006 (Affiliated to the National Board of Examinations - NEW DELHI, India).
Her subspecialty Training (Comprehensive Ophthalmology) was at Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital which is first regional eye institute in India and a tertiary eye care Hospital (2005-2006). Subsequently she worked as a Junior Ophthalmic Surgeon at Lions Club of Hyderabad, Sadhuram Eye Hospital till December 2007. During this period she underwent fellowship in Advanced Cataract Surgery from SICS (Blumenthal Technique) and Phacoemulsification from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, India.
She started her professional career by working as a Junior Ophthalmic Consultant in M.S.Reddy Lions Eye Hospital, India Affiliated to L.V Prasad Eye Institute. During this period she treated a number of Glaucoma patients and also completed a short term Fellowship in Glaucoma services at L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, India. Her areas of Interest are Glaucoma workup, medical management of Glaucoma, Laser Iridotomy and Post PI ACG management, Trabeculectomy and its postop management. She has Research interest in Glaucoma drainage devices (AGV And AADI Implant) for refractory Glaucoma’s.
She is a member of various Ophthalmological societies and holds specialist licensure in Ophthalmology since 2008. Currently she is employed as a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Private Hospital in India.
